Shipping Policy

At this time, Fancy Supplies offers local delivery only for our customers. We do not ship orders via common parcel carriers outside our local service area, which means we personally deliver your items to you within our regional range. Please review the details of our shipping (delivery) policy below:

  • Local Delivery Area: All orders are delivered from our facility in Hialeah, FL (33010). We currently deliver to addresses within approximately a 30-mile radius of our location. We do not offer delivery beyond this local area (no out-of-area or international shipping at this time). If you are unsure whether your address is within our delivery range, please contact us for confirmation before placing your order.

  • Delivery Fees and Free Delivery Minimums: We charge a flat delivery fee of $12.00 for each order within our local delivery area. However, we are pleased to offer FREE delivery on qualifying orders that meet certain subtotal thresholds:

    • For delivery addresses within 0–16 miles of our Hialeah location: delivery is free on any order with a merchandise subtotal over $100 (before taxes). Orders under $100 going to addresses in this range will incur the flat $12 delivery fee.

    • For delivery addresses between 16 and 30 miles from our location: delivery is free on orders with a subtotal over $250. Orders to this range under $250 will incur the standard $12 delivery fee.

    These distance-based free delivery minimums help us cover transportation costs while still giving our customers a benefit for larger orders. (This policy is similar to those of many local suppliers who offer free delivery within a certain radius for orders above a set amount) If your order does not meet the free delivery minimum, the $12 fee will be added at checkout.

  • Same-Day Delivery Cutoff: We offer same-day delivery for orders placed before our daily cutoff time. Orders placed by 7:00 AM Eastern Time on a business day (Monday through Friday) will be prepared, dispatched, and delivered the same day whenever possible. Orders placed after 7:00 AM will be scheduled for delivery on the next business day. Please note that if you place an order late on Friday (after the cutoff) or over the weekend, it will be delivered on the next available business day (typically Monday). We do not usually deliver on weekends or federal holidays, so our delivery schedule is generally Monday through Friday. In the event that we do offer special weekend deliveries for urgent needs, this will be communicated on our website or during the checkout process.

  • Delivery Timeframe: For same-day deliveries (orders before 7:00 AM), you can generally expect to receive your order by end-of-day. Our delivery team starts routes in the morning and works through the afternoon to fulfill all same-day orders. For next-day deliveries (orders after the cutoff), you will receive your order by the end of the next business day. We cannot guarantee specific delivery times of day, but we aim to accommodate business customers’ hours of operation whenever possible. If you have specific delivery timing needs (e.g., only able to receive during certain hours), please let us know and we will do our best to arrange a convenient time.

  • Safe Delivery and Responsibility: Our delivery personnel will bring your order directly to your specified location. If your facility has a receiving area or specific instructions (delivery dock, front desk, etc.), please provide that information when ordering. Once delivery is made, we require a signature or confirmation from you (or your authorized representative) to confirm receipt. After we hand off the goods and obtain confirmation, the items become your responsibility. We take care to deliver in good condition; however, please promptly inspect your order upon arrival. If you notice any damage or discrepancy, inform the driver if possible and contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If we attempt delivery and are unable to complete it (for example, if no one is present to accept the delivery during the agreed window, or access to the location is unavailable), we will contact you to reschedule. A re-delivery fee may apply in some cases if the failure was not due to our error. We encourage providing a delivery contact number and any gate codes or instructions to prevent failed attempts.

  • Weather and Unforeseen Delays: We pride ourselves on timely delivery, but occasionally circumstances beyond our control (such as severe weather, traffic accidents, or other emergencies) may cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule the delivery or adjust timing. Same-day delivery guarantees may be suspended during extreme conditions or local emergencies for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding when delays occur, and we will work to get your order to you as soon as it is safe to do so.

  • Future Shipping Options: As we grow, Fancy Supplies may introduce expanded shipping options. This could include standard ground shipping beyond our local area or other services. For now, though, we focus on local delivery to ensure the highest level of service. Any changes or expansions to our shipping policy will be updated here in our policy and communicated to our customers.
